Cancellation Policy
Genie of Skin charge a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
✨NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost Fee must be paid via invoice or at your next appointment.
✨LATE POLICY
If you are 20 minutes late you must rebook your appointment and pay the no show fee. I schedule back to back and need the entire appointment time to give my best service.
✨UNSCHEDULED GUEST POLICY
Any additional guest who isn’t scheduled or included in the appointment must wait in the lobby until scheduled client is completed. Unscheduled guests are not permitted to enter spa rooms without prior approval.
✨ FRAGRANCE AWARENESS NOTICE
To protect the wellbeing of our practitioners, our Wellness Center is a fragrance-sensitive environment. We ask that clients refrain from wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or recently vaping scented products before their appointment.
